Manatees Pitching Ravaged by Bonnell
It was a hits blitz for Barry Bonnell at La Ceiba Ballpark today.

The Nassau Black Sails right fielder tore into the La Ceiba Manatees for 5 hits in 5 at-bats, but it wasn't enough to win the game. The Manatees swept past the Black Sails 9-6 to ruin Bonnell's day.

"We weren't locating our pitches well," Nassau manager explained after the game. "Once you get behind in the count, you have to make really good pitches, rather than pretty good pitches, and we weren't able to do that today. Getting 5 hits from Barry was nice but it wasn't enough."

Barry Bonnell singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 9th.\n

This year Bonnell has 2 home runs and a .210 batting average.
