Seattle Win Evens Series at 2
Leave it to the veteran.

The Seattle Mariners got a great start from 34-year-old right-hander Bob Moose, as Seattle won the contest, 6-4, at Olympic Stadium. Moose threw 8 innings of 6-hit ball in the win, which knotted the best-of-7 series at 2-2.

Seattle needed the clutch hitting of Robin Yount to notch the win. The shortstop hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the seventh inning to put the Mariners on top, 5-2. For the game, Yount had 1 home run and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

"I like our moxie," said Mariners manager John Healy.

Game 5 is set to be played tomorrow at Olympic Stadium in Montreal. Slated to start are Tommy John for the Seattle Mariners and Frank Riccelli for the the Montreal Expos.
