| Tigers Shut Out Gamecocks, Thomas Winner | Ahmed Thomas of the LSU Tigers humiliated the South Carolina Gamecocks at Ballpark of Cincinnati College today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 1 hit.
"He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said South Carolina manager , after the game.
Thomas whiffed 7 and walked 2 in the 5-0 win.
"If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Thomas said. "I was making good pitches the entire game."
His record this season is 5-0 in 6 starts and Thomas has a 2.70 ERA. |
