Verhey Pitches Florida to Shutout Win | The Florida Gators rolled to an easy 17-0 win over the Vanderbilt Commodores at Atlantics Ballpark today. Leading the way to victory was starter Ryan Verhey, who shackled the Vanderbilt Commodores and held them scoreless on a 5-hitter.
"This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Verhey said in his postgame press conference.
