Garcia Magnificent in 4-0 Tulsa Triumph
|
Luis Garcia was in a mood to talk following the Tulsa Drillers contest against the Oklahoma City 89ers, expounding to BNN reporters on his pitching philosophy. He had good reason to be excitable, having tossed a complete game shutout of the 89ers, 4-0.
"There are three important elements in pitching success: location, location, and location," Garcia said. "I was hitting my spots time and time again."
The right-hander blanked Oklahoma City on a 8-hitter, allowing 1 walk and racking up 7 strikeouts.
