Hornets Shut Out by Greenhalgh, 4-0
|
Dan Greenhalgh of the Knoxville Blue Jays permitted 5 hits, walked 3 and fanned 10 during the 4-0 shutout win over the Charlotte Hornets at Knoxville Stadium today.
"I told him, 'You did good today,'" said Knoxville manager . "And I told him he'd better do good again next week."
Thus far this season, Greenhalgh has tossed 59 innings in 7 starts, fanned 57 batters, walked 21 and put up a 1.98 ERA with 6 wins and no losses.
