|
Boston Red Sox pitcher Victor Rose was in fine form, leading his team past the Oakland Athletics, 9-0. The winning pitcher was Rose, now 7-0. He tossed 5.2 innings of 1-hit ball, while walking 3 and fanning 8. Luis Albo collected save number 2.
