Baldrick Twirls 9-0 Shutout
The Aberdeen Pheasants struggled at the plate today against Packers hurler Bob Baldrick, who shackled them on 8 hits while hurling a complete game 9-0 shutout.

"What can you say? We didn't hit well," said Pheasants skipper in his postgame comments. "Hopefully we shake this off and bounce back tomorrow."

Baldrick finished the game with 4 strikeouts and 1 walk in an excellent mound performance.

"He pitched real well," Sioux Falls manager said. "Bob made pitches when he had to. He hit his spots and did a great job of mixing in his changeup and using his fastball effectively."

This year Baldrick has a 4-6 record and a 4.00 ERA.
