Rapids Not Competitive in 6-0 Loss to Utica
|
The Utica Blue Jays rolled to an easy 6-0 win over the Niagara Falls Rapids at Hyde Park Stadium today. Leading the way to victory was starter Paul Assenmacher, who shackled the Niagara Falls Rapids and held them scoreless on a 3-hitter.
"This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Assenmacher said in his postgame press conference.
In 7 starts this season Assenmacher has notched a 2-2 record and a 2.41 ERA.
