Twins Lose to White Sox, 6-2
|
Chicago White Sox starter Pete Vuckovich pitched his team past the Minnesota Twins, 6-2. Chicago now has a record of 35-31 with the win.
In the bottom of the second, Steve Christmas hit a 2-run double. The 7th double of the season for the Chicago catcher put the White Sox on top, 3-1.
"Chalk one up for the good guys," said Vuckovich. "I'm sure our fans enjoyed that win."
