Brewers Pitching Ravaged by Randolph Tuesday, August 17th, 1982 Oakland Athletics second baseman Willie Randolph really lit up the Milwaukee Brewers with a 5-hit barrage today at Oakland Coliseum 1969 -- a performance that sparked the Athletics to a 8-6 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game, saying "sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Willie Randolph doubled in the 1st, doubled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off Ron Oglesby in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
