Quittin' Time: Bailey Retires

Bob Bailey said this season with the Chicago White Sox will be his last in professional baseball.
"I'm 39 years old, I think it's time to hang them up," he said. "I've been proud to be a part of this organization and this sport, but it's time to move on."
Bailey is hitting the ball at a .252 clip over his career. In 2750 games he has delivered 2424 hits, 343 home runs with 1262 RBIs and scored 1305 times.
