Butler's Condition Worse, Suffers Another Setback Monday, September 6th, 1982 Brett Butler, left fielder for the Atlanta Braves, was making great progress in healing a strained hamstring according to a team spokesman, but suffered a setback yesterday. "Brett was doing great in his rehab until he overdid it in a recent workout. Now doctors say it will be at least one week before he will be able to rejoin the club." This year Butler is batting .270 with 4 home runs. He has scored 48 runs and driven in 25. |
