Brewers Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Friday, September 10th, 1982 Not even the most diehard Milwaukee Brewers fan thought the team had much chance at the playoffs this year. But now even the faintest hopes have been put to rest, as the Brewers were mathematically eliminated from the postseason hunt today. Before this season, the Brewers last missed the playoffs in 1980. In the 13 years they have been a X Factor Baseball League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 12 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 9 times. |
