Louisville Starter Named IL's Top Pitcher Sunday, August 1st, 1982 Over the past month Phil Nastu has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the International League. He proved all that and now he's been named July's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Louisville Stallions posted 4-0 mark and a 0.50 ERA. In 0 starts he tossed 18 innings, permitted 10 hits and fanned 11 batters.
