Moore Shuts Out Columbus, 1-0 Saturday, August 28th, 1982 A masterful pitching performance carried the Rochester Red Wings to a 1-0 victory over Columbus. Mike Moore held the Clippers scoreless in a complete-game effort. He permitted 7 hits, had 9 strikeouts and allowed no walks. "Moore was sharp," Clippers manager said later.
