Brown Spins 2-0 Shutout Friday, May 21st, 1982 Dale Brown kept the San Jose Bees hitters from doing any damage at San Jose Municipal Stadium today. San Jose could only muster 4 hits and take 2 walks against the right-handed Brown, who controlled them throughout the game as Lodi took the contest, 2-0. Brown added 7 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Brown told reporters after the shutout win.
