Rebels Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Monday, August 16th, 1982 Fans of the Salem Rebels have long since given up hope of the club making a serious playoff push this season. But now those hopes are officially gone, as the club was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. This is the club's 13th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 1969. In total, the Rebels have missed the playoffs 12 times in their 12-year history. |
