WCL Awards Player of the Week Trophy Monday, August 16th, 1982 Todd Demeter went on a week-long batting spree against Western Carolinas League pitchers and hauled in the Player of the Week trophy. The Anderson first baseman battered the opposition for 9 hits in 22 at-bats, 3 home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 7 runs. He hit .409 and posted a .500 on-base percentage. So far this year Demeter is batting .257 with 15 home runs. |
