No pitcher in the Western Carolinas League threw better in August, garnering him the Pitcher of the Month award today. In 6 starts Pedroza compiled a 2.76 ERA, putting up a 4-0 record, striking out 36 and tossing 49 innings. For this year Pedroza has chalked up 9 wins and 14 losses in 27 starts with 124 strikeouts in 221.2 innings and a 3.33 ERA. |
