Quad Cities Southpaw Tosses 5-0 Shutout Wednesday, July 14th, 1982 It wasn't easy but Chuck Hensley made it look that way. Hensley silenced the Decatur Commodores, 5-0, in a Quad Cities Angels triumph at Commodores Fans Field today. Despite the appearance of dominance, Hensley said later that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 2 walks and 3 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else."
