Bozeman Downs Magic Valley as Gott Tosses 18-0 Shutout

Bozeman pitcher Jim Gott gave the Magic Valley Magicians fits today as he blanked them 18-0 on 2 hits. He registered 2 strikeouts and 2 walks in the shutout.
"When he's locating his pitches, he becomes unpredictable," Pheasants manager said. "He had Magic Valley guessing the entire game."
On the season Gott has compiled a 10-3 mark with a 1.71 ERA in 14 starts. In pitching 126.2 innings he has 117 strikeouts and 34 walks while limiting the opposition to a .192 batting average.
