GULF's Top Player Named Monday, August 16th, 1982 It was a sweet day for Bobby Hinson of the Fort Myers Miracles, who found out he has been named the Gulf Coast League Player of the Week. The Miracles third baseman put up a solid .522 average and contributed 1 home run and 8 RBIs to claim the honors. So far this season Hinson has put up a .256 batting average with 53 hits, 2 home runs and 20 RBIs. |
