Tolentino Wins GULF's Best Bat Award Wednesday, September 1st, 1982 Jose Tolentino relied on a .340 average to become the Gulf Coast League Batter of the Month. He had a good August, going 16 for 47. He finished with 5 home runs and 17 RBIs, scored 12 runs, and had a .392 on-base percentage. So far this season Tolentino is hitting .275 with 14 home runs. |
