Postseason Bid Ends for Havana Saturday, January 16th, 1982 It's a better-luck-next-year situation for the Havana Conejitos, as the club today became mathematically eliminated from postseason consideration. Team manager said "it's always a letdown" to miss the playoffs, but added that he was proud of his club's effort. This is the club's 12th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 1969. In total, the Conejitos have missed the playoffs 11 times in their 11-year history. |
