Paschall Sends Panama City Bats to Deep Freeze
Tuesday, November 17th, 1981
Bill Paschall put a hex on the Panama City Capitales in a sparkling 5-0 shutout performance, mesmerizing them on a 2-hit gem.
"I felt good physically," he said after the game. "Everything's comfortable. You should pitch well when that's the case."
The Capitales were anything but comfortable against the 27-year-old San Jose Volcanoes hurler, who fanned 4 and gave up 3 walks.
"Paschall used his changeup very well, very effectively," said opposing manager . "He threw it in hitter's counts."
