Crim Brilliant, Blanks Marianchis Thursday, December 10th, 1981 Acapulco pitcher Chuck Crim put on a show today and walked away with a 1-0 shutout victory over the Guadalajara Marianchis, throttling them on 3 hits. He cruised through the Marianchis lineup, fanning 7 and walking 4 in a strong outing. "He was very efficient and he hit his spots," Locos manager said after the game. "He stayed down in the zone and stayed away from the middle of the plate." In the 1981 campaign Crim has no saves. In 3 relief appearances he has tossed 58.1 innings, struck out 44 and yielded 39 walks with a 3-5 record.
