Fisher Cats Dreher Named SL2's Best Pitcher Friday, May 1st, 1970 Sometimes relievers are treated like second class citizens, most of the time the award goes to the starters, but not this month. A reliever, Nate Dreher, has been named the Pitcher of the Month in the Conference 2. In April, the Ft. Smith HS relief specialist stood out with 1 save in 15 relief appearances, a 5-2 won-lost mark and 3.15 ERA. He worked 40 innings, allowed 37 hits, struck out 13 and walked 22. |
