Price Batters Vallejo HS Big Time Wednesday, May 13th, 1970 It was high-fives all around for T.J. Price at Tulsa HS Grounds today. He got them from his teammates and he got them at the plate during an outstanding hitting performance against the Vallejo HS Goats. Price smashed 5 hits in 6 at-bats on his monster day, leading his club to a 20-13 win. "T.J. was hitting everything," said Undertakers manager . "It really was a special game for him." In the opposing dugout, Goats manager told BNN beat writers that Price "ambushed" the club. "Obviously we didn't have much success against him, but we'll have another chance," he said. "Hopefully, Price oversleeps next time." T.J. Price struck out in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 6th and hit a two-run double in the 8th.
