5-for-5 Game for Moore Wednesday, May 13th, 1970 Matt Moore had an answer for everything the Farmington Hills HS Mosquitos threw at him today at Loggers Ballpark. The Waterford Township HS third baseman went 5-for-5 in the game to put his name in the record book and put the Sky on top, 12-0. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Moore said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Matt Moore hit a two-run single in the 2nd, hit a two-run double in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
