5-for-5 Day for Sadler Monday, April 20th, 1970 The Racine HS Marksmen might think twice next time about pitching to Mike Sadler. At Wild Horses Ballpark today, the West Bloomfield Township HS Scots second baseman burned Racine HS pitching, going 5-for-5 in a 15-7 West Bloomfield Township HS triumph. "When he's on his game," West Bloomfield Township HS skipper told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded." Mike Sadler singled in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Patrick Holderfield in the 5th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
