At Denver College Grounds today, the Arizona State Sun Devils right fielder burned Kansas pitching, going 5-for-6 in a 16-8 Arizona State triumph.
"When he's on his game," Arizona State skipper told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded."
Rich Frank hit an RBI single in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th, hit an RBI single in the 9th and singled in the 9th.
In the 1972 season Frank is hitting .361 with 4 home runs.
