Raucous Milwaukee County Stadium 1976 Crowd Propels Brewers to 6-2 Victory; Series Tied at 1
The Milwaukee Brewers topped the Seattle Mariners by the score of 6-2 and moved into a 1-1 tie in the Semi-Finals today. The largest share of the credit belongs to Milwaukee starter Atlee Hammaker, who threw 8 innings of 6-hit ball in the win.

Hammaker allowed 2 runs over 8.2 innings. He also racked up 10 strikeouts.

Mariners manager Johnny Healy did not take questions after the game, telling assembled reporters that he would hold a press conference "if and when we win the FBN Championship."

The next game is scheduled for tomorrow at Milwaukee County Stadium 1976. Slated to start are Tommy John for Seattle and Gary Lucas for Milwaukee.
