Nunez Tosses Shutout Against Portland
|
The Beavers can take comfort in knowing that they will not have to face Ed Nunez again for a while. The 25-year-old hurler pitched a 3-hit shutout to help the Salt Lake City Bees beat Portland 2-0. In the process, Nunez struck out 7 and walked 3.
