Cerutti Humbles Lynn, 2-0 Monday, September 20th, 1982 The Reading Phillies whipped the Lynn Sailors 2-0 at Reading Municipal-Memorial Stadium today behind a masterful outing from starter John Cerutti. Cerutti shut out the Sailors on 3 hits and 5 walks. He registered 11 strikeouts over 9 innings. "Velocity felt good, everything felt good today," a smiling Cerutti said later.
