PINL Player of the Week Chosen Monday, July 12th, 1982 It was announced today that Minot catcher Troy Afenir was selected the Pioneer League Player of the Week Award for his superb play last week. During the week he compiled a .476 batting average (10-for-21) with 3 home runs, 11 RBI and scored 8 runs. So far this season Afenir has 5 home runs and a .333 batting average. |
