 | John Dambacher Injured, Out for Year Thursday, March 16th, 1972 The season is apparently over for John Dambacher. The Norwalk HS City Hawks medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 6 months with bone chips in his elbow. Dambacher was hurt in the game against Memorial HS while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. For the season his stats show Dambacher has no saves in 15 relief appearances with a 0-1 record and 7.27 ERA. |   |
