 | AMHS Player of the Week Chosen Monday, March 20th, 1972 Pat Cellan burst onto the American High School stage in a big way last week. This promising rookie right fielder for Erie HS garnered everyone's respect by putting up some remarkable numbers and picking up the Player of the Week trophy. The 17-year-old haunted opposing pitchers hitting .600 (18-for-30) with 1 home run and 17 RBIs last week. Cellan is batting at a .430 pace this season, picking up 58 hits in 135 at-bats with 2 home runs, 38 RBIs and 41 runs scored. |   |
