5 Hits for Browns Terrell Friday, May 1st, 1970 The 5th time was not the charm for Chris Terrell today. The first baseman for the Spring Hill HS Browns hit the milestone today at Horned Frogs Ballpark, but it was the Deltona HS Yard Dawgs that salvaged a 11-10 victory. Terrell finished with a 5-for-5 line at the plate, and it still wasn't enough. "He was not an easy out, that's for sure," Deltona HS manager said to the press in the postgame interview. "I'm just glad we held everybody else in check and got the win." Terrell declined to speak to reporters at length following the game, saying only that "no loss is a good one." Chris Terrell singled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 2nd, was hit by a pitch in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
